<p>Composite has (i) a thermoplastic resin layer with adhering layer of (ii) reaction product of mixture of (a) prepolymer with 5-48% isocyanate groups, obtained by reacting isocyanate(s) and polycarbonate polyalcohol(s) of functionality 2-3 and hydroxyl number 40-400 mg potassium hydroxide/g, based on condensation of carbonic esters with diols and/or triols of molecular weight 62-3000 g/mole, (b) isocyanate-reactive compounds and optional additives. - Composite element has (i) a thermoplastic resin layer with adhering layer of (ii) reaction product of mixture containing (a) prepolymer with 5-48% isocyanate groups, obtained by reacting isocyanate(s) and polycarbonate polyalcohol(s) of functionality 2-3 and hydroxyl number 40-400 mg potassium hydroxide/g, based on condensation of carbonic esters with diols and/or triols of molecular weight 62-3000 g/mole, (b) isocyanate-reactive compounds and optionally (c) catalysts, (d) blowing agent and/or (e) ancillaries and/or additives.
