<p>A spray head for pumped liquids, especially for cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications has a plastic moulded housing (2) with a central ducts (3) to fit onto the top of a pump or onto the top of a pump pressurised container. A lateral radial duct (6) leads to a spray chamber with a lipped (5) outer aperture into which is clipped a plastic jet disc (9) with a central spray aperture (10). The disc is symmetric and can be fitted either way round. The outer edge of the disc is curved and sits behind the retaining lip. The inside of the disc presses onto a swirl insert (7). The construction of the disc and mounting is sufficiently strong to accommodate the maximum pump pressures.</p> |
