The method involves transmitting a message wirelessly from a shared wireless access network (4) to core networks (1-3) of a group. A response to the message is transmitted wirelessly from each core network that received the message. A registering request is sent from a mobile terminal (7) to the core networks, when the shared network receives responses indicating a registering medium of the terminal via each core network respectively. An independent claim is also included for a wireless access network of a wireless cellular communication system that implements a terminal registering method.
