The wand has a handle (10) and a barrel (12) connected to the handle. A channel disposed in the handle communicates with hollow interior of the barrel. A quenching head (22) is connected to front end of the barrel, and a pattern plate is interlocked in the quenching head. A torch (20) is inserted in the head and connected to the pattern plate. A control device (30) is rotatively connected to rear end of the barrel to control the torch.
