The method involves traversing a reinforcement (2) provided with a tube (11) in a panel of a siding. The reinforcement is pushed up and is withdrawn towards a fill for creating contact between the reinforcement and the siding. The tube is moved towards the siding so that it encloses a loop (4) by containing a longitudinal bar (5) and a folded part (7) of the bar. A linear component (11-b) is inserted between the bar and the part.
