The garment has a transversal part (2), covering shoulders, with a cut out (3) to surround neck by an inner edge of the cut out. Two long branches (4, 5) extending the part have a length (L) corresponding to body`s upper part. Connection units (61, 62) reunite, in a removable manner, branches` inner edges on a part of the length. An inflatable cushion (7) is integrated to the part (2) to surround the neck on its rear part and its sides.
