The turbomachine has a fluid deflecting unit including a deflector (1) that is delimited by a lateral deflecting surface (11) enclosing a rotational axis (X). The surface presents a concavity turned towards upstream of fluid flow, and extends along fluid flow direction from upstream to downstream ends (111, 112). The surface is pierced with an ejecting louver (110) through which the fluid is ejected along a tangential direction (T).
