PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact probe sheet for inspecting display panels that has improved position precision of a lead pattern and a bump, and is capable of inspection reliably even if the pitch of the electrode of the display panel is 50μm or smaller. SOLUTION: In the contact probe sheet 10 for inspecting display panels used for performing prescribed tests by energizing each electrode of the display panel, a plurality of lead patterns 2 extended from one end side to the other end side of a flexible substrate 1 are formed on the flexible substrate 1, and a dummy pattern 5 for suppressing the position deviation of the lead pattern 2 is formed.
