PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair an opening-closing valve having no groove on a valve rod, without requiring much labor and time. SOLUTION: This valve repairing tool 1 has a support body 10 installed in an opening-closing valve 80 by surrounding a yoke 86 of the opening-closing valve 80 on the inside, a first valve rod movement regulating tool 20 for regulating the movement of the valve rod 82 by allowing a first shaft member 21 installed in this support body and coaxially arranged with the valve rod 82 of the opening-closing valve 80 to abut on a tip part of the valve rod 82, and a second valve rod movement regulating tool 50 for regulating the movement of the valve rod 82 by fixing a plate member 51 installed on the valve rod 82 extending from the opening-closing valve 80 via a column part 56 to a fixing part 11 of the support body 10 installed in the opening-closing valve 80. The plate member 51 has a pair of fixing blocks 52 divisible into two parts. When uniting the fixing blocks 52 by sandwiching a male screw part 82a, a female screw part 53 engageable with the male screw part 82 is formed, and the plate member 51 is locked on the valve rod 82 via the male screw part 82a.
