PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flexibility for a ball screw nut threadedly engaging with a ball screw with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The ball screw 7 threadedly engages with the ball screw nut 8, and the ball screw nut 8 is installed on a support plate 17a, and the ball screw 7 penetrates through the support plate 17. An outward flange 28 is fixed to an outer peripheral part of the ball screw nut 8, and a cylindrical member 15 for surrounding the periphery of the ball screw 7 is installed between a flange 28b and the support plate 17a.
