PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce radiation sound from a crank pulley attached to a shaft end part of a crankshaft to reduce weight of the crank pulley. SOLUTION: This crank pulley 30 attached to the shaft end part of the crankshaft of this internal combustion engine has an annular disc part 33 connecting a boss part 31 with a pulley main body 32. In the disc part 33, a pair of slits 50a, 50b as a pair of vibration control structures are provided at an interval in the peripheral direction. A pair of regions 51a, 51b in which each slit 50a, 50b is provided cross an action line L3 of vibration applying force acting on the crank shaft 20 from a piston orthogonally when the piston adjacent to the crank pulley 30 is at top dead center, are positioned in only parts above and below a reference plane H0 including a central line L2 of rotation of the crank shaft, and include a section which becomes the belly of vibration generated when the pair of slits 50a, 50b are not provided.
