PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user operation input control apparatus for surely and quickly carrying out a designated operation when a key operation repeating the same operation is repeated. SOLUTION: The user operation input control apparatus includes: a detection section (11) for discriminating an input operation instruction; a discrimination section (12) that discriminates whether or not an operation instruction detected by the detection section is an instruction to be repeated; a consecutive operation detection section (13) for detecting that the instruction to be repeated is continuously designated within a prescribed time and detecting its consecutive state; a buffer section (22) for sequentially storing the input operation instruction; an operation instruction rewrite section (14) that rewrites the instruction to be repeated in the buffer section into a form suitable for execution on the basis of an output of the consecutive operation detection section; and an operation instruction execution section (16) for collectively executing the instruction of the rewritten form in the buffer section by a repetitive number of times or immediately executing a succeeding repetitive instruction after the end of one instruction with the rewritten form in the buffer section.
