PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce crosstalk in a linear electrode longitudinal direction in a solid-state radiation detector provided with a sub-stripe electrode. SOLUTION: The solid-state radiation detector 20 is provided with a first conductive layer 21; and a second conductive layer 25 constituted of a recording photoconductive layer 22, a charge transport layer 23, a reading photoconductive layer 24, a stripe electrode 26 formed of a plurality of linear elements 40, and the sub-stripe electrode 27 formed of a plurality of linear elements 41. Area enlarged parts 40a and 41a in the same shapes are formed near centers of pixels in respective pixel regions of the elements 40 and 41 at every pixel. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
