PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating roller device and an image forming device equipped with the same with scarcely any unevenness in size between a high-side and a low-side drive signals, between high-side drive signals themselves, or between low-side drive signals themselves. SOLUTION: The induction heating roller device is provided with a high-frequency power source HFS equipped with a plurality of high-frequency power source circuits EA connected in parallel having high-side and low-side active elements Q1, Q2 and generating high frequency by alternate operation of these elements, a driving circuit GDC driving in bulk a first driving circuit element DC1 supplying a drive signal to each high-side active element as well as a second driving circuit element DC2 supplying a drive signal to each low-side active element, and a synthesizing circuit GAT synthesizing a high-frequency output of the plurality of high-frequency power source circuits, an induction coil IC biased by the synthesized high-frequency output of the high-frequency power source, and a heating roller HR generating heat by induction current generated by magnetic coupling with the induction coil.
