PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device made small-sized at a low cost. SOLUTION: A scanning line drive circuit 12 for driving scanning lines and a power source circuit 14 for supplying a voltage to the scanning line drive circuit 12 are directly formed on an array substrate, and a signal line driving integrated circuit 15 (IC chip) wherein a power source circuit (a DC voltage conversion circuit 1508 and a voltage stabilizing circuit 1509) for supplying a voltage to a signal line drive circuit (an analog output circuit 1504, etc.) is integrated in a low-withstand voltage production process is mounted on the array substrate, so that the liquid crystal display device can be made small-sized at a low cost.
