PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which can be torn to be unsealed easily, and has tear unsealing lines that are formed on laminated bodies composing one surface and the other surface of the packaging bag, respectively, to have step difference parts. SOLUTION: The packaging bag has edge heat gluing parts on the opposite edges thereof, and a pair of first cut lines consisting of a first' cut line and a first" cut line. The first' cut line is formed on the outer layer of the laminated body composing one surface of the packaging bag, the first' cut line consisting of first' linear cut lines, which extend from one and the other outer edges of the edge gluing part in the direction perpendicular to the edge gluing part so that the extensions of both first' linear cut lines connect to each other, and a first' curved cut line connecting respective terminations of the first' linear cut lines. The first" cut line is formed on the outer layer of the laminated body composing the other surface of the packaging bag, the first" cut line consisting of first" linear cut lines, which extend from one and the other outer edges of the edge gluing part in the direction perpendicular to the edge gluing part to be identical in position with the first' linear cut lines, and a first" curved cut line connecting respective terminations of the first" linear cut lines.
