PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-laminating device which dispenses with heavy equipment investments, and which enables different raw materials to be laminated in different fiber-laminating patterns while being sufficiently sucked in by using one rotating drum. SOLUTION: This fiber-laminating device 1 is equipped with a fixed drum 2, first and second drums 3 and 7a, a fixed shaft duct 17, and first and second shooters 4 and 5. The fiber-laminating device 1 is constituted so that the first rotating drum 3 can form a first fiber-laminating pattern in a first supply areaαby using a first raw material, and can form a second fiber-laminating pattern in a second supply areaβby using a second raw material. A plurality of two-layer accumulation members 6, which are provided on the outer periphery of the first rotating drum 3, are formed in a multilayered shape from first and second recessed accumulation parts 6a and 6b corresponding to each of the first and second fiber-laminating patterns; the first accumulation part 6a sucks in the first raw material by a first intake mechanism 7; and the second accumulation part 6b sucks in the second raw material by a second intake mechanism 8.
