PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize at low cost a liquid jet head drive circuit which obviates the need of a large heat radiation means and has low power consumption. SOLUTION: In a voltage changeover switch SW1, a contact point UP0 is corresponding to GND, a contact point UP1 is to Vcc4, a contact point UP2 is to Vcc3, a contact point UP3 is to Vcc2, and a contact point UP4 is to Vcc1. In a voltage changeover switch SW2, a contact point DP0 is corresponding to GND, a contact point DP1 is to Vcc4, a contact point DP2 is to Vcc3, a contact point DP3 is to Vcc2, and a contact point DP4 is to Vcc1. The voltage changeover switch SW1 is switched such that a DC voltage to be applied to a plus side voltage application terminal VH is not less than and mostly near a charge control voltage when a piezoelectric vibrator 77 is charged according to a nozzle control signal. The voltage changeover switch SW2 is switched such that a DC voltage to be applied to a minus side voltage application terminal VL is not greater than and mostly near a discharge control voltage when the piezoelectric vibrator 77 is discharged.
