PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable electrolytic wastewater treatment system for automated wastewater treatment, an electrolytic control device, an electrolytic wastewater treatment method, a program and a storage medium. SOLUTION: The electrolytic wastewater treatment system is equipped with a wastewater tank 400 for storing wastewater, an electrolytic cell 500 equipped with a chloride ion tank for storing a solution added to wastewater and containing chloride ions for regulating the concentration of chloride ions of wastewater and an electrolytic device for electrolyzing the solution discharged from a wastewater tank, a residual chlorine measuring instrument 600 for measuring the concentration of residual chlorine of the electrolytic solution in the electrolytic cell during electrolysis, an electrolytic cell water level measuring intrument 530 for measuring the water level of the electrolytic solution of the electrolytic cell and the electrolysis control device 100 for controlling the discharge of the solution from the chloride ion tank, the discharge of the solution from the wastewater tank, electrolytic treatment due to the electrolytic device, the measurement treatment of the residual chlorine measuring instrument and the discharge of the electrolytic from the electrolytic cell.
