PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition in which electrification of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet can be prevented upon peeling, and staining property on an adherend can be reduced, and an antistatic pressure-sensitive sheet and a surface protecting film using this.
