PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet which is biodegradable in a short time to conserve environment. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet comprises a biodegradable film 1, a biodegradable adhesive layer 2, and a release paper 3 laminated in this order, wherein the surface 4 of the biodegradable adhesive layer 2 toward the release paper 3 side is provided with a number of fine projections 5, which are set to have a height h of 20% or more and 80% or less of the thickness H of the adhesive layer 2.
