PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyester-based resin composition having high mechanical properties such as elongation, strength, etc., flame retardant property, heat resistance and molding property, and a molded material. SOLUTION: This aliphatic polyester-based resin composition is prepared by a resin additive constituted by the aliphatic polyester-based resin and a compound having a fluorene skeleton. The compound having the fluorene skeleton may be a compound expressed by formula (1) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>4</SP>are the same or different and are each a non-reactive group or a reactive group; (n1), (n2) are the same or different and are each 0 or 1-5 integer; (m1), (m2) are the same or different and are each 0 or 1-4 integer].
