PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which uses a vinylic polymer having cross-linkable silyl groups at the terminals, has a sufficiently long pot life, can easily be coated and sealed, and little produces an unpleasant odor. SOLUTION: This curable composition comprises (a) a vinylic polymer having cross-linkable silyl groups represented by formula (1) : -[Si(R<SP>3</SP>)<SB>2-b</SB>(Y)<SB>b</SB>O]<SB>m</SB>-Si(R<SP>4</SP>)<SB>3-a</SB>(Y)<SB>a</SB>[R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>are each a 1 to 20C alkyl, a 6 to 20C aryl, a 7 to 20C aralkyl, or the like, provided that, when two or more R<SP>3</SP>groups and two or more R<SP>4</SP>groups exist, the R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>groups may be identical or different; Y is OH or a hydrolyzable group, provided that, when two or more Y groups exist, the Y groups may be identical or different; (a) is 0, 1, 2 or 3; (b) is 0, 1 o 2; (m) is an integer of 0 to 19], and (b) a tetravalent organic tin compound having at least a≥8C alkyl group and/or a thioether group.
