<p>A stable bank system comprising a resilient bank unit (3) fixed by an upper part (22) thereof to the stable wall so that the resilient bank unit can if desired be lifted up and away from the stable floor. Typically multiple resilient bank units will be provided, with one or more along each wall. The ability to raise the units up and away from the floor can create space for a cast horse's legs to extend and right itself. Moreover, the entire stable floor can be cleaned with the units raised providing full access to all areas that require sanitising. The resilient bank units can be made of an inflatable structure made from a material such as reinforced butyl rubber, or by a resilient curtain made of a material such as polypropylene.</p> |
