FIELD: measuring engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: heat micro-flowmeter comprises heat exchanger and gas distributing chamber arranged inside the housing. The chamber is tightly connected with four identical parallel passages provided with the identical thermistors: two are measuring and two are heat compensating ones.
