Providing an information recording member resin-enclosed tag and its manufacturing method, which can form various tags, expand choices available to attaching methods for articles to be attached, and prevent an information recording member from being affected by dirt. The tag comprises a resin substrate having at least a recording member, and an outer packaging body formed by an injection molding using a resin to be fusion-bonded to the substrate, wherein the recording member is covered with the substrate and packaging body. The tag is manufactured by: forming a substrate in advance by a resin; disposing at least a recording member on the substrate; disposing the substrate having the recording member, inside a cavity of a die which shapes an outer packaging body for covering the member by the molding; and making a fusible resin fusion-bonded to the substrate flow in the cavity to form the body covering the member. |
