<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide feed for animal planktons producible without enriching with an ω-3 based highly unsaturated fatty acid and containing a microorganism belonging to Labyrinthulida Cienkowski, and to provide an efficient method for culturing animal planktons using the feed. <P>SOLUTION: The feed for animal planktons is obtained by enriching with at least one of vitamin B12 and vitamin E, the microorganism belonging to Labyrinthula species and containing effective quantity for enriching animal planktons of at least one selected from the ω-3 based highly unsaturated fatty acid, its ester and oil and fat containing the fatty acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
