<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at improvement of corrosion resistance and cost reduction of a terminal plate of a fuel cell stack. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell stack (10) is provided with fluid channels (71, 72) supplying or exhausting reaction gas or cooling water penetrating into a cell stack (21) made by laminating a plurality of unit cells (20). The fluid channels (71, 72) penetrates only a terminal plate (31) of a negative side out of a pair of terminal plates (31, 32) arranged at either end the cell stack (21), and is communicated with an entry port (71a) and an exit port (71b). Since oxidizing current flows in the positive side terminal plate (32), it is so structured that the cooling water or moisture of the reaction gas flowing in the fluid channels (71, 72) shall not come in contact with the positive side terminal plate (32). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
