REFRACTORY FOR DRY PROCESS VIBRATION CONSTRUCTION WORK CONTAINING WASTE MATERIAL OF MgO-C BRICK

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monolithic refractory with which a waste material of MgO-C brick can be used without entailing a preliminary treatment and a construction body having excellent corrosion resistance, strength property and expansion property can be obtained.

SOLUTION: The monolithic refractory containing the waste material of the MgO-C brick which contains at least a refractory raw material and a thermosetting binder and is prepared by subjecting the refractory raw material to sizing to a grain size below 50 mm at 5 to 80 mass% with the total of the refractory raw material and the thermosetting binder as 100 mass% is used as the refractory for dry process vibration construction work.
