<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional solar battery using a lead containing solder, when altering the lead containing solder to a lead-free solder, after bonding to each other its rear-surface collector electrode and its interconnector, there are so generated the crack of its cell and the peeling of its interconnector from the fused solder portion present between its rear-surface collector electrode and its interconnector as to give the wrong effect to the performance and the quality of the solar battery cell. <P>SOLUTION: In a solar battery cell, any crack of the cell and any peeling of its interconnector are not caused by constituting it as to secure the bonding quantity of its solder when subjecting it to a lead-free solder processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
