<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques for improving image quality of a blurred image or an underexposed image. <P>SOLUTION: In one embodiment described herein, a method includes providing two images of a same scene. This method obtains a spatial coherence and color statistical data of the two images.
