PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communicator that generates an alarm or notice only in the related workplace and improves safety and working capacity wherever clean transportation is mandatory. SOLUTION: In a clean room for manufacturing semiconductor integrated circuits, an alarm sound or notice is generated via a supersonic speaker or super-directivity speaker 10 only for those requiring the alarm or notice, in a particular zone where mobile facilities such as unmanned trucks 5 and workers 6 closely exist together and those workers 6 have a risk of touching the mobile facilities. In this way, no sound leaks for other than the above workers in the particular zone, unnecessary confusions liable to occur for a misunderstanding of the alarm or notice can be avoided and furthermore the cause for noise generation can be removed.
