PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for realizing a low gate leakage current of an integrated circuit in a sleep mode. SOLUTION: As to one embodiment of this invention, the system for realizing a low gate leakage current of an integrated circuit in a sleep mode is provided. When it enters in a sleep mode, the system reduces a power supply voltage, which is applied to an integrated circuit, to a low voltage level, and at this point, the voltage level is low fully for offering the low leak gate current but is high fully for maintaining the condition of the integrated circuit.
