PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave analyzing device enabling to reduce man-hour for simulation modeling and shorten simulation calculation time. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave analyzing device is to analyze the state of a magnetic field of a structure consisting of a plurality of elements, and comprises a mesh data generating part, an electrical circuit element setting part, and an electromagnetic wave analyzing part. The mesh data generating part generates mesh data by dividing the dimensional data of the structure into meshes. Instead of the mesh data of elements having a considerable size against an analyzing frequency among a plurality of elements described by the mesh data generated by the mesh data generating part, the electrical circuit element setting part sets the elements which are described by electrical circuit elements with frequency characteristics.
