METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INSPECTING DEFECTIVE FILLING OF CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for nondestructively detecting defective filling of concrete into a form. SOLUTION: The form after filling the concrete is heated by a heating device 17 while controlled by a heating control means 11. A temperature gauge 19 measures a surface temperature of each unit area of the form. The measurement data from the temperature gauge 19 after stopping the heating is recorded by a data recording means 13. A waveform comparing means 12 calculates phase difference between a temperature variation waveform of each unit area and a reference waveform of a specific period. A comparison result output means 14 outputs phase difference converted into an image and the like. The defective-filling part can be detected on the basis of the image. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
