PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple offset surveying equipment capable of contributing to simple surveying operations and cost reduction without requiring advanced surveying techniques by solving the problems that equipment for optical engineering equipment has been expensive and required advanced surveying techniques and the ability to perform complicated calculations in surveying with optical engineering surveying equipment, tape measures, etc. in three-point offset surveying by conventional techniques, that surveying through the use of tape measures etc. has required a large number of surveyors and time for surveying, and that both surveying methods have costed much. SOLUTION: The offset surveying equipment has functions simultaneously and easily performing offset surveying operations on some points by oneself and contributing to low costs.
