PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform locking in screw fastening between a piston and a rod, or the like, by simple work without worsening the working environment. SOLUTION: Fitting grooves 20a, 20b extending in an axial direction are provided on the outer peripheral surface of a male screw, a number of engagement grooves 30 extending in the axial direction are provided on the inner peripheral surface of a female screw, and pawl members 13 are fitted in the fitting grooves. The pawl member is formed by bending a plate made of spring steel, and comprises: a body part 22a locked from movement along the circumferential direction and turns, by abutting on wall surfaces 18a, 18b of the fitting groove; and a pawl part 23a, continued from the body part, and extending from the fitting groove to the outside in an inclined direction that tightens the female screw, with a distal end edge 28a inserted into a locking groove on the inner peripheral surface of the female screw or elastically and directly abutting on the inner peripheral surface.
