PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound useful as a muscarinic acetylcholine receptor binding inhibitor (M4 binding inhibitor, M3 binding inhibitor). SOLUTION: The new compound of formula (I) (R<SB>8a</SB>is n-C<SB>9</SB>H<SB>19</SB>, n-C<SB>11</SB>H<SB>23</SB>, n-C<SB>13</SB>H<SB>27</SB>or n-C<SB>15</SB>H<SB>31</SB>; and R<SB>11a</SB>is a hydrogen atom or a hydroxy group), a chelate with a metal ion or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is provided. The M4 binding inhibitor or the M3 binding inhibitor contains the compound of formula (A) (wherein each symbol is specifically defined), a chelate with a metal ion or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. In a preparation method of compound (I), compound (I) is obtained from a culture prepared by culturing a microorganism capable of producing compound (I), particularly Nocardia sp. TP-A0674.
