PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient preparation method of a flavone C glycoside derivative or its salt having an antiallergic action. SOLUTION: The flavone C glycoside derivative of formula (1) or its salt is easily synthesized in a high yield by using isovitexin and vitexin which are contained in herbs etc. as raw materials.
