MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FLOCKED PRODUCT FOR AUTOMOBILE USING OLEFINIC RESIN AS BASE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a flocked product for an automobile which improves the surface adhesion of an olefinic resin, sweeps off the deterioration problem of a work environment and reducing light and heat expenses necessary for drying a solvent and the area of a drying process. SOLUTION: An aqueous emulsion type primer based on an acid-modified olefin resin is applied to a base material comprising the olefinic resin and the coated primer is dried to form a coating layer of the acid-modified olefin resin. A moisture-curable reactive hot melt adhesive, which is based on an isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer and has a melting point of 40-150°C is heated and melted on the coating layer and piles are electrostatically flocked on the adhesive layer thus formed to manufacture the flocked product for the automobile based on the olefinic resin.
