PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine which achieves the efficient work of counting of game balls. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine PM is constituted of an outer frame 20 for fixing and holding, a front frame 30 mounted covering the open space of the outer frame 20, a game board 35 mounted equipped with a prize winning device 38 on the front side of the front frame 30, a shootor for shooting the game balls and upper and lower ball tray devices 40 and 50 which are mounted on the front frame 30 and store the game balls to be put out when the prize is won. With the front frame 30 mounted on the outer frame 20, the outer frame 20 is provided with a frieze rail 25 exposed ahead under the front frame 30. The frieze rail 25 is provided with a discharged ball guide device 70 which receives the game balls discharged from the lower ball tray device 50 while getting them discharged to the rear side of the pachinko game machine PM and a counter 80 which counts the number of the game balls discharged to the rear side of the pachinko game machine PM from the discharged ball guide device 70.
