PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure for a seat cover for a vehicle which enables the firm attachment of the seat cover with which the back rest of the seat of the vehicle is covered, to the backrest. SOLUTION: In the attaching structure, the seat cover 14 with which the backrest 12 of the seat 10 of the vehicle is covered from above is latched to the hook members 16 secured to the both sides of the backrest 12. Latches 20 to which the bag holes 22 formed at lower ends of the seat cover 14 are engaged are formed in the front side surfaces of the sheet metals 18, stabbing and attaching pieces 24a, 24b, 26a, 26b stabbed into and attached to the backrest 12 are formed toward the back face direction at the four corners in the upper and lower ends of the sheet metals 18, the holding portions 28 holding the cloth of the backrest 12 are formed bent upward from the lower ends thereof in the attaching pieces 26a, 26b formed in the lower end of the hook members 16, and stabbing portions 30 stabbed into and attached to the cloth of the backrest 12 are extendedly formed upward in the depth direction from the holding portions 28.
