An audio reproducing apparatus for synchronizing a plurality of digital audio signals for reproduction. The audio reproducing apparatus comprises a synchronism establishing part (11) for synchronizing a plurality of audio signals by assigning, onto a time axis, a plurality of audio reproduction time information of the respective audio signals, while maintaining the differences between the reproduction times indicated by the respective adjacent audio reproduction time information for the respective audio signals; and an audio combining part (6) for combining the plurality of audio signals by using the plurality of audio reproduction time information assigned onto the time axis.
