<p>The invention relates to a glass bottle comprising a tamper-proof seal which is intended to prevent the contents from being adulterated or the bottle from being emptied, re-filled and re-used. According to the invention, the bottle is closed with a cork stopper (108) and is equipped with a weakened circumferential section (102) for the removal of the neck thereof. The bottle also comprises radial flanges (105) which are disposed around the neck and to which a glass cap (104) is affixed. In addition, circumferential flanges (103, 110) serve as a guide for the positioning or removal of the cap (104). In this way, in order to access the cork stopper (108), the glass cap (104) must first be removed by striking the cap against the aforementioned flanges (105) in order to break the latter. Moreover, an elastic protector (111) covers the sharp edges left by said flanges (105). Finally, once the contents of the bottle have been consumed, the neck is removed by separating and breaking same at the above-mentioned weakened circumferential section (102).</p> |
