摘要 FIELD: handling solid radioactive wastes. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed conserving agent includes liquid binder incorporating ortho-phosphoric acid and aluminum hydroxide. In addition, binder has boric acid, water and zinc oxide included in its composition, proportion of these ingredients in zinc/aluminum phosphate binder being as follows, mass percent: water, 35 - 36; zinc oxide - 9.5 - 11; ortho-phosphoric acid, 48 - 49; aluminum hydroxide, 1.5 - 2.0. In addition, proposed conserving agent incorporates powdered filler incorporating following ingredients in its composition, mass percent: zinc oxide, 72 - 75; magnesium oxide, 6.0 - 7.0; bismuth oxide, 7.0 - 8.0; silicon oxide, 4.0 - 4.5; aluminum oxide, 5 - 5.5; sodium tetraborate, 4.0 - 4.5 of total amount of powdered filler. Proposed process for its production includes preparation of liquid binder and powdered filler. For preparing powdered filler it is calcined at temperature of 900 - 950 °C for 45 - 60 minutes whereupon agglomerated powdered filler is cooled down to 20 - 25 °C. Then it is milled, and fractions measuring maximum 50 mum are selected therefrom. Selected powdered filler is poured into tank holding zinc/aluminum phosphate binder and mixed up until powdered filler is completely dissolved. ^ EFFECT: facilitated procedure. ^ 3 cl, 2 ex
