FIELD: electrical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed circuit breaker has movable and fixed contacts, disconnecting and contact springs, electromagnetic operating mechanism with armature, trip-free armature, and rocker-arm. One side of rocker-arm is coupled through contact spring with electromagnetic operating mechanism armature. Other side of rocker-arm is disposed above trip-free armature provided with rocker-arm motion limiter. Movable contact is attached to rocker-arm. Trip-free armature and rocker-arm are mounted on electromagnetic operating mechanism armature for turning. Trip-free armature functions as additional magnetic-circuit components for electromagnetic operating mechanism armature.
