FIELD: foundry, possibly manufacture of green sand-clay molding composition with carbon-containing materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: molding material contains, mass %: milled coal, the base; bitumen, 5 - 30; wood-tar pitch, 5 - 30; technical carbon, 2 - 5; bentonite, 5 - 15; one of products of processing starch-containing compounds such as dextrin, 5 - 10. Total content of bitumen and wood - tar pitch is in range 15 - 35. ^ EFFECT: lowered roughness of casting surface, elimination of burning, of pin holes, enhanced capability of molding sand to knocking out. ^ 1 tbl |
