<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability when combining a circuit constituting body with a housing. <P>SOLUTION: The base end 43 of a retainer 42 (retaining means) is united with a housing 20, and a latch portion 44 of the retainer 42 is latched with a circuit constituting body 10, furthermore the circuit constituting body 10 and the housing 20 are combined to each other with a clearance by the latching action of the latch portion 44. In the case of a combination between the circuit constituting body 10 and the housing 20, the workability is good because a curing time for drying such that an adhesive is used is not necessary.
