<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute effective video, sound, or the like, of high presence, reflecting the intention of both distributer and receiver. <P>SOLUTION: The information distribution system comprises an input means (111) for inputting video information of one or more systems, an accumulating means (112) for storing one or more frames of inputted video information, an input means (124) for inputting sound information of one or more systems, an accumulating means (125) for storing inputted sound information, a communication control means (117) that distributes the inputted video information and sound information to a terminal device (104) through a network (105) and receives a specified region information which is the information about display region of video information specified at the terminal device (104), image analyzing means (113 and 27) that analyze the video information stored in the accumulating means and detect prescribed changes in the video information, and means (114, 115, and 116) that determine the transmission region in the frame of video information to be distributed based on the prescribed changes that is detected and the specified region that is received, and generate video information for distribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
