<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer replenishing container which prevents toner scatter, obtains stable rotation performance, is capable of securely replenishing developer to a developing unit in an image forming apparatus body, and has high quality and high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The developer replenishing container comprises a cylindrical outer tube and an inner tube supported so as to be rotatable relative to the outer tube. The inner tube and a sealing member disposed on the outer peripheral part of the inner cylinder are rotated. When openings provided in the inner tube and outer tube respectively communicate with each other, developer is discharged.
